Dr Akif Tögel is an Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law and Social Sciences within the Faculty of Law at the University of Ankara. Akif’s research is currently focused on unregistered family relations and family law practices in Turkey, especially in the south east region. In this research, he is undertaking qualitative research with selected families.
